Hello, I'm Kristi Hall, founder of Grace & Glow Wellness.

For many years, I've had the privilege of working closely with seniors, families, and healthcare professionals, helping people navigate important life transitions and focus on their overall well-being. Through those experiences, I developed a passion for helping others feel confident, cared for and supported.
